Spent Wash Spray Dryer

The spray drying of spentwash has emerged as a latest technology used for transforming liquid spent wash into dry powder or granules. UFIPL have established Spray drying as of the most efficient drying methods with the ability to have precise control over the size of the granules, the bulk density of the powder and the moisture content. The process of spray drying involves atomizing the liquid feed to form fine droplets using spray nozzles or rotating disc atomizer. The fine droplets come into contact with the hot air inside specially designed drying chamber. The liquid gets evaporated and the dry solid particles collect at the bottom of drying chamber. The air carries the fine particles along with the vapour which are separated by cyclone separators, bag filters & wet scrubbers.

UFIPL Spray dryers have the following key features:
I. Lowest operating and maintenance costs.
II. Boiler flue gas & direct fired flue gas is used to be reduce the overall energy requirement for spray drying.
III. Operator-friendly and safe system.
IV. Produces quality powder products according to Bio-Fertilizer industry standards.
V. Minimal Installation time.
VI. Complete automation through PLC/DCS based system.
VII. High thermal efficiency resulting in low fuel cost Low footprint with layouts
VIII. Very Robust construction
