Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

Water Treatment Plant (WTP) is a crucial component in ethanol production & Boiler operation, ensuring generation of Process/ Soft/ DM Water of standard quality and minimizing wastewater generation. UFIPL WTP solutions are designed to treat raw water from various sources, removing impurities and contaminants.
The treatment process typically involves:
● Coagulation and flocculation to remove suspended solids and organic matter.
● Sedimentation and filtration to remove particulate matter.
● Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultra Filtration (UF) or Nano-Filtration (NF) for desalination and removal of dissolved solids.
